Right now, she can never kill anyone by herself (unless she is 10x the other player), and is always heavily reliant on others to deal the damage. Sure, Tracer is more self-reliant, you could say, as she has more access to health packs and so on, but that only matters, and is relevant, when she gets sufficient utility out of them. Like, are we even playing the same game? In an actual game, genji is extremely difficult to kill assuming he has competent healers. You really sound like such a silver player it's making me laugh. There was another post by a good player who mentioned you could reduce the spread by a bit, and I think that would probably be the best solution, second to just a revert because she is just totally trash-tier assuming players are of equal skill. I thank Blizzard for allowing skill to be more expressed in the gameplay of OW2, but I really think we've gone far too overboard as for Tracer. In high elo (GM+), I find myself being forced to pick Sojourn, Sombra or Genji, because they are just much stronger than Tracer, even though my skill is much higher on her than the aforementioned heroes. Now however, she just deals no damage compared to some of the other heroes, or she just doesn't really provide anything else of value. Tracer has always been a mosquito that, while she is hard to catch if she is good, you definitely can shut her down extremely hard with certain picks.

She is practically unplayable, unless you are literally much better than the opposing team. I would have said she deserved a nerf in OW1 if it still existed, and she likely still does in OW2, but I think this nerf is totally unreasonable. With this nerf, she has roughly 17% less damage than she used to, and I think this is way too clear now. After playing both the first and second beta, and now the release, I think sufficient time has passed that we need to have a look at Tracer's 1 damage nerf she now has comparatively to Overwatch 1.
